The last Fable 2 released news told that a new project of Peter Mouline is a product where the developers try to combine the impossible and show all the hardships of every day life of a usual fantasy hero. When a teenage with a rusty sword enters a cruel world his only friend is a dog. And Fable 2 Release News considers this factor the best one in the game. The dog permanently goes trotting along the gamer, barks happily when finding treasures in the bushes, busily routs, bites the brigands and runs for the ball. When it is afraid of something it tucks in his stomach and has his tail between his legs.

The Albion life charms greatly. It’s boring to fight because the hero can’t die; other personages look awful and unconvincing. The plot is repeated. But one should mention the game is full of charming tremendous scenes.

This game was expected by many people. The developers promised unprecedented tricks with Power use, the history uniting two Lukas kino-trilogy and the revolutionary gaming mechanics. They waited not only for old and devoted fans of the new Star Wars: The Force Unleashed pc game but for those who are interested in space in general.

So the game is issued. No we can say that the developers have practically kept their words and paradoxically a great number of tar wars have disappointed in the game. The Force Unleashed offers to become a secret pupil of Durt Wader called Starkiller. But in fact as we killed evry opposite storm topper in Jedi Knight as we do the same in The Force Unleashed…

The Force Unleashed developers did all their best to diversify the gaming process due to a great number of the battles with boss. They got to do it. The struggles with bosses were entertaining, fascinating and complicated but the dragged out episode of the Star destructor falling down makes really irritated. The famous popular technologies of the molecular destruction and artificial intelligence neither decorate the game. The most exciting in the game is turns and is developed a plot that is really strange for a slasher. The Starkiller history strikes by its dashing and unpredictable and is created in Star wars traditions. It adds the movie perfectly and always keeps in suspense especially if you have avoided the spoilers. Then the atmosphere of the far away galaxy is reproduced splendidly in the game.

Unfortunately, The Force Unleashed is vary short even for modern gaming society – if you play it slowly it’ll take some evenings. The question is: what were developers doings for 4 years? And the script writers were so lazy that that put the fork between the Evil and Good in the final of the game.

To sum up it is interesting to play The Force Unleashed and I doubt if it disappoint the Star Wars fans. But the project leaves an unpleasant aftertaste of the dissatisfaction. The developers promises were too many. It’s a pity that instead of promised new genre we have another “not bad, but it can be better”.

Spore game had a real success and when it first appeared it was literally snapped up. Nevertheless we got not exactly what we had wanted.

The main thing to remember is that Spore is a wonderful complex made of old elements. The game is really very diverse. “Cage” stage is a primitive arcade that reminds of the mobile phone games but it is one of the best arcades in the history of this genre! “Being” is a party adventure with the use of special skills and fashionable clothes of the old times.

“Tribe” is a pattern strategy in a real time. “Space” is a God and planets enslaver simulator. Every stage is a simple and complicated at the same time. Minimal buttons quantity and really complicated balanced system – this is really greatness!

But the main Spore game advantage is not only the game process but a complex of redactors. The best of them is “the beings’ laboratory”. In the beginning of the 21st century wonderful Impossible Creatures strategy was developed where the gamer got the DNA of various animals and made the army of beelions or rabbitodiles. The situation in that game is very like. Everything depends on imagination.

Well, we have perfectly constructed revolution game with a great number of original finds. But why doesn’t it get the highest mark? The main problem is that it hasn’t got motivation. It is rather monotonous. Many consider that it’s also too amorphous and theatrics.

To sum up there haven’t ever been revolution games of the same level. But Spore is not a gamer product. It is the ideal tool for the creators, for those who want to make their own live and colorful world.

The entire world was expecting for a new Conan game. Has it proved out hopes and expectations? According to Age of Conan review it did but not all of them.

The absence of the entertaining plot in online RPG is one of the main disadvantages. That’s why Funcom decided to change the situation and presented a unique cocktail of full value single campaign and typical multiplayer weekdays. They have divided the game into night and day. When the sun is shining other players and you cope with quests, and after the sunset you get into the zone where there are plot tasks only for yourself.

It sounds great, but… On the one hand it is realized only on the start island Tortage where we play up to the twentieth level. After the entering into the Hibory world the sound disappears, the dialogues become poor, the quests grow boring.  The other shortcoming makes its plot that is too short and simple.

Its combo is a separate topic of discussion. To activate it one needs repeat a special hot keys within second. The new struggling system can’t but surprise: the opponent is vulnerable to right, left and centre blows that reflect on the special color-indicators. They also permanently change the defense level trying to resist the player that’s why one should change the blow direction efficiently. So we should recognize that the game struggling plot is full of pleasant surprises.

As far as its other sides are concerned let it be said that the game is a usual multiplayer RPG with a definite division into the struggle with players and the struggle with monsters. A great accent is given to the private cities and castles upgrade. One can built, occupy and defend them. Unfortunately all that features are realized with many bugs and failures.
Funcom haven’t thought over the high level game content: the heroes of the high levels are boring.

To sum up the game is a powerful epic multiplayer RPG with madly attractive universe, unique atmosphere and the most beautiful modern computer graphics. But to become a landmark it needs to be worked on carefully.
